History: Compliance Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Adam Chafetz, Christopher Bobbitt, Linda Bailey and John Burnside as an outgrowth of their work with Health Communications, Inc, the provider of the largest alcohol-server training program in the world. This program has trained over 1.2 million individuals over 20 years. It was found that the skills and techniques needed to manage these certification programs, as well as the volume of information generated, were valuable to any organization that finds it valuable to manage the development and skills of their employees and customers.
Mission Statement: To manage the information necessary to allow organizations to ensure productive and effective training.
Success: CSI has developed certified training programs, as well as certification management systems for Health Communications, Inc., Walt Disney, Inc., the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) and TEAM.
